• Move-out. An inspection against the move-in condition before the deposit is settled.

Owning in Jaipur while living elsewhere

Many of the owners we work with live in another city or abroad. For them, the hardest part of renting is not finding a tenant — it is not being there when something goes wrong. We act as your local point of contact, keep you updated on WhatsApp, and ask for your approval before spending on anything beyond routine upkeep.

How it works

1. Visit and assessment. We see the property, suggest any work that would improve its rent, and give you a realistic rent range for the area.
2. Agree the scope. Tenant search only, or ongoing management — you choose what you need.
3. Let and hand over. Tenant screened, agreement signed, verification done, keys handed over with a recorded condition report.
4. Ongoing care. Rent follow-up, repairs and renewals, with regular updates.
